We have an opportunity for a Senior Learning and Development Administrator to join our Learning and Development Administration team, based in Worcester. This role sits within Commercial Services, which is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Learning & Development, developing policy and supporting managers to implement this appropriately in line with the business units within Commercial which are Sanctuary Care, Sanctuary Supported Living and Sanctuary Students.
The role of Senior Learning and Development Administrator will include:
1. To assist with the ongoing planning of all national training events within Care, Supported Living and Students.
2. To ensure accurate record keeping by generating regular reports and distributing accordingly to appropriate members of the team.
3. Provide responsive, customer-focused service, adhering to established guidelines. Our internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets clear standards for ensuring quality and timely service delivery.
4. Take ownership of customer queries, proactively finding solutions that meet and consistently exceed expectations.
5. Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team, delivering support that aligns with business needs and objectives.
6. Demonstrate adaptability in learning new systems and processes, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance workflows and systems, always with the customer in mind.
Skills and experiences:
1. Numeracy and literacy equivalent to grade C GCSE Maths and English.
2. Certificate in Personnel Practice or Certificate in Training Practice is desirable.
3. Some knowledge of current HR legislation and good practice principles.
4. Proven experience of advising managers and staff on training related issues.
5. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
6. Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
7. Basic negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Good team working skills.
9. Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
