We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing telecommunications practice, working on a variety of property-related telecom matters for landowners. You will assist with site agreements, lease negotiations and wayleaves, dealing with solicitors acting for many of the major mobile phone operators. What we need from you ✔ Ideally previous commercial experience in real estate. ✔ Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal. ✔ Excellent attention to detail. What you'll be doing but not limited too Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of telecoms site agreements, leases, licenses, and wayleave agreements on behalf of landowners. Managing case file, tracking key deadlines, and maintaining accurate records of agreements and correspondence. Liaising with clients, telecoms operators, landlords, local authorities, and third-party consultants to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
