MCS Group is working exclusively with a large scale, locally grown manufacturing company who are keen to add two 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers to the team. This team will be the focus of a fantastic modernisation project within the business focusing on migrating to cloud based systems and leveraging data to maximise business proficiency. You will be responsible for: Carrying out the installation and configuration of hardware and software across the site. Responding to any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Hands on supporting and maintenance of Microsoft focused technology. Develop and deliver technical documentation for new staff training purposes. Assist new staff with set up and training within their workstations. Carry out the maintenance and support of Active Directory. Support end users within the business either in person or remotely, focusing on the delivery and level of end user service provided. What you'll need to be considered: 2 years of experience as a 1st/2nd Line support engineer Experience supporting wired and wireless networks.
