Role: Collections Advisor - 12 month contract

Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client in the financial services industry to recruit a Collections Advisor. This busy role offers a hybrid working pattern and you will join an established team known for their hardworking nature and excellent communication skills.
The day-to-day duties in your new job will include:
1. Working within a Customer Services and Collections environment
2. Maintaining a confident telephone manner
3. Demonstrating proven time and task management skills
4. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by your Line Manager
5. Supporting the wider department team when required
6. Adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal controls
This role involves working in a busy, open plan office. Normal working hours are 8.45 to 17.15 Monday - Friday; however, a shift system operates from 8.00 to 18.00 each day. Additional hours may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Dress code is business casual.
