Responsibilities
Manage and organize correspondence and documents in a timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in the budgeting and financial tracking for various projects.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle inquiries and communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation scheduling.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Hours Per Week: 36.15
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.09
