Praxis Facilities Management (PFM), part of Praxis Group, is looking for a dynamic Head of HR to join us in a newly created senior role, offering you the scope to make a massive impact from day one.

As the first dedicated Head of HR for PFM, you’ll have the unique opportunity in this senior role to drive strategic HR initiatives that fuel the growth of a well-established real estate leader.
With the freedom to shape the role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and the Group HR team to develop and implement culture-shaping frameworks, build high-performance teams, and champion initiatives that increase engagement, performance, and retention.
We would love to meet someone who has delivered impactful change particularly around the performance, retention and development of employees in a similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment and in a similar sector (FM and Contact Centre backgrounds are of particular interest).
We are especially keen to see people who have managed TUPE transfers from a strategic perspective including post-TUPE change programmes.
