Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Partnerships director to join our growing global partner and alliances team. In this role, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence through a mixture of Global and Regional Systems Integrators, technology partners and sales referral partners, collaborating with stakeholders to grow strategic alliances and deliver mutual value. You will need to be a strategic thinker who is prepared to ‘roll their sleeves up’, and work with the team to identify partner opportunities, recruit and onboard new partners to sell and implement our software and solutions. This role necessitates strong strategic planning, negotiation skills and a knack for identifying potential partners that align with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities Working as part of the team you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the eco system of consultants, influencers and indirect channels – FINBOURNE’s Partners Execute strategy and business plans for FINBOURNE’s Partners by segment and geography that includes compelling joint value propositions, clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key alliance sponsors Contribute to the revenue growth and sales pipeline via these indirect sales channels Work with the sales team to drive an increased win rate as a result of improved Partner relationships Work with partners to ensure that their communications and joint programs/initiatives build FINBOURNE’s visibility and global presence Represent FINBOURNE at external events as required Accountabilities: Accountable for performance against KPIs. Number of New Sales Qualified Leads Skills and Experience Strong experience within Financial Services including Enterprise SaaS driving partner revenue and growth whether in sales, business development or partnerships.
