As Ledgy's first Financial Reporting Services Lead, you will:
Lead Financial Reporting customer relations:
1. Direct the development and implementation of financial reporting frameworks for clients on Ledgy according to major accounting standards like IFRS 2, ASC 718, FRS 102, etc.
2. Develop and deliver compelling presentations, webinars, and technical content that demonstrate our platform's capabilities and benefits to various stakeholders including CFOs, CoSecs, and Finance Directors.
3. Lead financial reporting education across the Ledgy team and for Ledgy customers.
Collaborate with product team:
1. Collaborate with product teams to gather market feedback and influence product roadmap based on customer needs to establish Ledgy's position as the leading SaaS platform for financial reporting automation.
2. Drive rapid iteration of product specifications based on your unique experience and knowledge, ensuring swift delivery to the development team.
Activate key partners and support GTM efforts:
1. Join private & public company sales calls to act as a trusted advisor for various accounting standards and build rapport in post-sales support by Ledgy.
2. Lead go-to-market enablement initiatives for financial reporting features, creating comprehensive training materials, competitive positioning documents, and sales enablement resources to accelerate market adoption.
3. Produce thought leadership content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies on financial reporting trends and challenges.
4. Activate network and relationships (with external accounting firms and specialist agencies) to generate pipeline.
The job is a great fit if you:
1. Have 10+ years of experience in share-based payment reporting standards (IFRS 2, ASC 718, FRS 102).
2. Mastered a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
3. Can shine with a proven track record of public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
4. Are comfortable with SaaS platforms and financial technology.
5. Are technical, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with product development teams.
6. Enjoy working closely with executive teams and diving deep into their financial, legal and equity structures.
7. Experience creating technical content for professional audiences.
8. Break down silos and work collaboratively.
9. Have excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
