We are looking for a Part-time Practice Nurse with a caring nature and proactive professional manner to provide a high standard of nursing care for our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse with good communication skills, and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective nursing team.
The Practice is an accredited training practice for GPs, which encourages progression and development, in both clinical and non-clinical capacities. This is a varied and challenging role where clinical supervision and opportunities for training are provided by a supportive team.
Ideally, the successful applicant will be qualified to undertake all general treatment room tasks and chronic disease management.
Main duties of the job
To provide nursing services to the practice population by evidence-based, quality-focused care. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. To ensure clear channels of communication exist between clinical, administrative and community teams. To project a positive and friendly image to our patients and other professionals.
