About the team The Customer Experience (CX) & Product Enablement team plays a pivotal role in the Worldpay Product Management organization, focusing on creating delightful experiences that span the entire customer experience lifecycle for both internal and external customers, maximize our return on investment, and improve the speed we go to market for new products. Within the CX team, the Fraud, Risk, and Compliance Product team is focused on products and strategies around merchant acquisition – verifying, validating, analyzing, and ultimately onboarding merchants…both by internal underwriting and compliance teams as well as covering products used externally by our banks, ISVs and registered PayFacs. This team’s priority is to drive the strategy that enables Worldpay to deliver world-class user experiences at every customer touchpoint. Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product leaders, UX, engineering, operations and marketing. What you’ll own (5-6 role responsibilities) Understand Feature level goals, maturing your understanding over time to business stakeholder goals Work with Senior Product Manager and stakeholders to understand Enhancement and/or Feature level challenges and convert them into refined Features Create Features in a clearly understandable manner to allow Technical Product Owner and development teams Manage a backlog of Features, establish acceptance criteria, accept user stories and refine user stories with Scrum teams Review and provide feedback on test cases to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria Collaborate on Sprint release plans with input from development teams Provide ad hoc Product support and updates to stakeholders as requested Apply Agile methods and processes that encourages frequent inspection and adaption What you bring We are looking for someone who is excited at the prospect of furthering their career in Product Management: Excellent logical reasoning skills. You enjoy a challenge, no matter how complex and the associated satisfaction of being able to resolve it You either have a background or demonstratable experience of understanding requirements (including when they’re ambiguous) capturing them in a structured manner and ideally be able to plan, develop and manage them You know enough Excel to produce basic MI eg: Using PivotTable, VLookup, Slicers, etc. Advanced analysis skills using SQL/PowerBI are a huge bonus Ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team Added bonus if you have: Experience of working for a Payment Service provider, Fintech company, bank or other financial institution Experience of working inside a large organization Ability to drop pop-culture references with impeccable timing What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer?
