About the Opportunity
Green Apartments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth at our Manchester office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing & sales strategies, collaborating with senior management, and contributing to long-term company success.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive marketing & sales strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.
* Maximize property visibility and brand awareness to ensure high occupancy.
* Design and implement innovative campaigns to engage target audiences and measure their effectiveness.
* Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration & Campaign Management
* Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing & sales strategies with growth objectives.
* Attend key meetings, client events, and participate in property visits as required.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
* Create engaging digital content (graphics, images, videos) for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing & sales campaigns.
* Manage SEO efforts, generate new campaign ideas, and track their performance.
* Develop client-facing materials such as business packs and project-related digital assets.
Social Media & Online Presence
* Grow and manage the company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Develop strategies to improve social media engagement and optimize content.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, manage the company website, and handle third-party online listings.
Market Research & Digital Integration
* Conduct market & sales research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
* Lead digital integration projects such as CRM systems to streamline marketing processes.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Provide regular performance reports on marketing & sales activities and propose areas for improvement.
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and sales trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing & sales strategy.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
