Media and Sales Executive
Our client is seeking a motivational Media and Sales Executive who can excel in a dynamic, fast moving environment. This role is essential in supporting business expansion by uncovering new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering bespoke solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Generate new business through tailored proposals, presentations, and strategic outreach.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across both business and lifestyle sectors.
* Manage a full sales diary, prioritising activities to maximise results and meet deadlines.
* Work proactively within a collaborative team to help shape business strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in a high-energy, target-oriented environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A self-starter with a positive outlook, eager to take initiative and work independently.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Knowledge of the Gloucestershire business community and local contacts is an advantage.
* A background in media, marketing, recruitment, technology, or professional services is preferred.
* Experience in advertising, sponsorship, or event sales is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), Office 365, websites, and social media tools.
