Cover Supervisor
Daily Supply Work in Dagenham
Starting ASAP !
Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding role in a vibrant secondary school?
We’re looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team, working 4-5 days a week on a daily supply basis. If you enjoy working with young people, can step into different classrooms with ease, and are happy to cover a variety of subjects, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days will be the same! One day, you might be covering an English lesson; the next, you could be supporting a science class. Your main job will be to keep lessons running smoothly in the teacher’s absence, making sure students stay on task and engaged. You won’t need to plan lessons, but you will need to be confident in managing a classroom and creating a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is:
* Reliable and flexible – happy to work both short and long shifts as needed.
* Confident in the classroom – able to keep students focused and on track.
* Adaptable – comfortable working across different subjects and year groups.
* Experienced with young people – whether in a school setting or another relevant role.
Why Join Us?
* A friendly and supportive school environment where you’ll feel valued.
* The flexibility to work around your schedule with a mix of long and short days.
* A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom – ideal if you’re considering a career in teaching.
* Competitive pay and the chance to work in a variety of subjects.
