Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on the hospital discharge team based at the Royal Stoke.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment supporting the residents of Stoke on Trent who are in hospital and need support on discharge, this could be the right career path for you.
Together with a team of professionals, we use a strength-based approach to ensure the residents of Stoke on Trent get the right level of care and support on discharge.
