Highly skilled Customer Care Operative required by a prestigious House Builder to cover sites around the CO postcode area.
As the Customer Care Operative, you’ll work collaboratively with the Customer Care Team to deliver a first-class service to customers during the post completion, 2-year warranty period.
You’ll be expected to carry out accepted warranty or defect works and ensure they are completed in accordance with weekly schedule of appointments and inspect properties for defects. You’ll understand that it is essential to ensure the property and furnishings are properly protected prior to commencing works to avoid any accidental damage to the customer’s belongings and property.
As well as having a broad range of trades skills, you’ll be presentable, professional, and polite with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
It goes without saying that you’ll work to a high standard, taking pride in superior workmanship. You’ll have excellent face to face customer service skills from dealing directly with homeowners and a broad multi trades background, a good understanding of construction/house building and be IT literate.
