Job Description for a Healthcare Project Support
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Healthcare Project Support, working in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 24 months. This role involves a blend of onsite and hybrid work, with 3 days spent at our Basingstoke office and 2 days working remotely.
* Provide project support to help the NHS Collaborations team deliver successful Collaborative Working (CW) projects in partnership with the NHS.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and supporting documentation.
* Administer the company's material approval system with precision and efficiency.
* Design and create engaging PowerPoint slides and word-based materials.
Your Background and Qualifications
* You should have previous experience providing project support for complex projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* You must possess strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows.
* Effective communication is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with a busy team.
* You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process mapping or using process mapping software are highly desirable.
* Facilitation skills and the ability to chair meetings confidently are also key attributes for this position.
* Previous experience using Veeva Vault is required.
