About the Role: As an SEN teacher in this Watford school, you will: Teach a small class of pupils with additional learning needs, supported by experienced teaching assistants. Deliver adapted lessons tailored to pupils working at varied developmental levels. Use alternative communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, and visual aids to support learners. Implement behaviour management strategies to create a structured and supportive environment. Work collaboratively with therapists and SEN specialists to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
