You'll re-enforce positive support being delivered and establish the same standards in new placements. Provide a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to empower young people in improving independent living skills. Safeguard them from any potential danger, harm, or abuse. Accurately document notes on our computer system and ensure seamless communication with support staff for effective handovers. Have a resilient nature, with the ability to keep a positive mindset even when times get tough. To excel in this position, you'll need to be flexible, patient, resilient, and professional, approaching your duties with a calm and caring demeanor.
Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT, and Insurance covering business use.
