* AdmittedAttorney and Conveyancer
* Proven experience as an Estates Manager (/ 5years)
* Excellent organizational and leadershipskills
* Outstanding communication andinterpersonal abilities
* Thorough understandingof diverse business processes and strategy development
* Excellent knowledge of related systems
* Good understanding of market research methods
* Business Acumen a hunger to grow the Estatesdepartment
Responsibilities
FINANCIALS:
* Lead Generation & Sharing of MarketIntelligence
o 80/20 Principle. 80%of the companys existing client base to be retainedannually
o Grow database with one (1) newsources / agents per month over and above existing business(allowing you to make at least one new lead per month to generateyour own business).
o Monthly Target to beachieved R
o 100% Accuracy required at alltimes
o Any market threat to be discussed withDirectors immediately
* Effectiveness of scrutinizing new contracts received /Problematic Matters on WIP
* All new Estatematters to be perused within 24 hours and allocated to thenecessary Secretary.
* All problematic mattersoutside of scope to be escalated to Directors within 24hours
PROCESSES
* Management of assigned duties and ofemployees
* Accuracy / Timeous Weekly progressreports to Agents /Sources of Business / Clients
* Accuracy & Completeness of Documents with ClientConsultation
* Adherence to laid down processeson all systems
* Adherence to TAT i.t.oWorkflow
* Adherence to TAT i.t.o PrePrepping /Prepping workflow / Compliance
