As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them and booking appointments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in written communication, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment, where hard work is rewarded. Key Responsibilities: Responding to enquiries via. Email, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in written English. Data entry and management system updates. Managing inbound/outbound calls and welcoming visitors. Coordinating bookings and making appointments in shared diaries. Maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Liaising with colleagues and providing support as needed. Key requirements of the Office Administrator: Willingness to learn and adapt.
