Working hours: Fulltime - Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (with provision to cover client's needs outside of hours)
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience

Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in Halesowen. Due to the nature of the role, we do require that candidates have a driving licence.
You will be working individually and/or as part of a team to manage a temporary worker plan, adhering to all aspects of legislation and compliance that are required to do all aspects successfully. The position involves working to a fast accurate pace generally within an office environment between the hours of 8am-5pm, but with provision to cover all your clients' needs which may entail onsite meetings. As a company, we offer a 24/7 service which means you will have the ability to continue the office-based duties to the same standard remotely 24 hours a day.
The position requires clear and concise communication between colleagues, candidates, and clients, with an emphasis on recording information given or received. All verbal instruction or communication should be committed to written form in the way of text message, group message, CRM notes, or email in a timely and legible manner.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Proactively source and attract candidates through internal and external databases.
2. Manage candidate registrations, including interviews, document reviews, and compliance processes.
3. Write and post engaging job adverts on platforms across Job Boards, Social Media, and LinkedIn.
4. Build a strong understanding of candidate locations and consultant areas to better match candidates.
5. Conduct pre-screens to assess suitability and align expectations with consultants.
6. Maintain detailed candidate profiles, ensuring accurate and effective matching.
7. Stay informed on educational developments, including curriculum changes and compliance requirements.
8. Manage candidate communication via email and phone, fostering strong relationships.
9. Assist with reference collection and other compliance-related tasks.
10. Represent Jobsworth Recruitment at university career fairs, building relationships and promoting opportunities.
