Job Description
3. Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
4. Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
5. Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
6. Negotiating repayment plans
7. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
8. Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
9. Ensuring all files are up to date
10. Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control should have:
11. A solid understanding of Accounting & Finance
12. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills
14. The ability to work well as part of a team
15. Proficiency in relevant computer software
16. A proactive approach to work and the ability to manage own workload
