What you’ll be doing As a Nursery Officer, you will deliver high-quality childcare, ensuring that the welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are consistently met. You’ll work in partnership with your colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure that children reach their full potential. You will also work to support other staff and managers within the nursery. What we need from you You will have, at least, a Level 2 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification. You will have experience of working in a professional childcare setting. You will have the ability to form appropriate relationships with children and their families. You will understand the different needs of the community. You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. You will have knowledge of safeguarding, inspection and regulatory frameworks for childcare. You will be positive, resilient, flexible, and work well in our happy team. You will share Unity’s vision and the values of the Big Life Group.
