HR Business Partner - Education Sector - Oxford - c£45,000 This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional with schools or education experience to work for a forward thinking Multi-Academy Trust.Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to the school.Your key accountabilities will include:- Providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance to manages and leaders Managing all employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances Advising the senior leaders on performance management issues Developing effective recruitment strategies and supporting managers on recruitment campaigns Taking overall responsibility for the Single Central Record and Statutory Training Record Leading and coaching the team You should be an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with experience of working in the education sector. An excellent understanding of HR best practice and employment law needs to be combined with a track record of managing recruitment processes. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
