Role Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Management Team in spearheading overall HR operations and assist in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business.
* Lead the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organizing interviews, and attending interviews as required.
* Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the onboarding of successful candidates.
* Carry out inductions for permanent and agency new starters.
* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations to management and employees.
* Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews.
* Support the Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
* HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level.
* Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy, and diplomacy.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Personable, team player, driven, and enthusiastic.
