Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
2. Sales Activities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
3. Order Processing: Efficiently input and manage customer orders.
4. Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
6. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., builders, timber merchants, sheet materials) is preferred but not essential.
2. A proven track record in sales and customer service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
