Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Customer Complaints Officer on a 3 month temporary contract situated in Lancashire.
There is a real option for the role to become permanent. The option of hybrid will depend on your experience; however, there will be a flexible approach.
Duties will include:
1. Fully managing customer complaints
2. Drawing up acknowledgement letters
3. Speaking and liaising with tenants
It is vital that you have detailed written experience and to a high quality. You should also be more than competent on XL.
