What You Bring:
Proven experience in service management within scientific, medical devices, or related industries.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Track record of leading change, implementing measurable improvements, and driving team success.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Minimum 5 years of regional experience within EMEA.
Deep understanding of service practices across Northern Europe.
