About the Role
We are looking for both Planners and Senior Planners who are keen to contribute to our success and take the next step in their careers. As part of a talented and friendly team, you'll be working on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to complex planning challenges while developing your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a range of residential and commercial planning projects from inception to completion.
* Provide expert advice on planning policy and regulations to clients.
* Prepare planning applications, reports, and documentation.
* Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to achieve successful planning outcomes.
* Mentor and support junior staff, helping them grow in their careers.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest planning legislation and industry trends.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* MRTPI status (or working towards it).
* At least 5 years of planning experience (we may consider slightly less experience for exceptional candidates).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering results.
