Job summary North West Surrey Integrated Care services (NICS) is a GP federation in North West Surrey consisting of 37 practices who work together to improve access to primary care patients in the local area. Main duties of the job The post holder will demonstrate courageous and critical thinking and is a caring, compassionate and committed experienced advanced clinician who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
