Experienced Administrator/Project Officer required to work on site in Kettering. Ideally from an Estate Agent background.
Client Details
Public sector client who has several locations across the Northamptonshire area including Kettering and Corby. Looking for ongoing support within their Housing and Repair Team.
Description
1. Assisting with Acquisitions
2. Working within the Housing and Acquisitions Team
3. Managing acquisitions across the County
4. Working as part of the wider team but also on your own initiative
Profile
1. Strong Admin and Project Officer experience
2. Ideally a background from Estate Agents would be beneficial
3. Working knowledge of the Housing Purchase Process
4. Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
5. Able to work on site in Kettering but also willing to travel within the County as required
Job Offer
1. Ongoing interim contract - for up to 6/12 months with possible extension/perm contract
2. £20/Hour inc Holiday Pay (possibly negotiable tbc)
3. Full Time 37 Hours/Week
