The Role
As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:
1. Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, hybrid working option (2 days a week in the office minimum).
2. Ensure standards of building management for clients and tenants through the management and frequent review of contracted services.
3. Health and safety audits, property inspections as and when required and managing tenant relations at client sites.
4. Annual service charge budgets, authorising invoices.
About You
To be successful in the role of Facilities Manager, you'll bring the following skills and experience:
1. Experience in the building services / FM sector would be ideal.
2. IWFM membership would be desirable NOT essential.
3. NEBOSH or H&S qualification - essential.
