This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple events seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating a variety of corporate events, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and aligning events with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate hospitality and events, including meetings, conferences, networking events, and receptions.Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and accommodation.Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.Oversee guest management, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site guest assistance.Ensure all events align with brand standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.Coordinate post-event evaluations, gathering feedback to improve future events.Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate best practices in event planning and hospitality.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirement's ;Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.Experience working in a professional, corporate environment.Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a plus.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events and hospitality.
