Senior Quantity Surveyor: A Key Role in Civil Engineering and Groundworks Subcontracting
The salary for this position is £65,000, dependent on experience.
A company vehicle and pension scheme are also provided.
This role is based at North West locations only.

We are a well-established civil engineering contractor with over 50 years of experience.
We have a turnover of £50 million and work on various projects throughout the North West region.
Our operations span from Preston to Stoke, with a significant presence in Liverpool and Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing our civil engineering and groundworks subcontracting operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors
• Ensuring timely completion of projects
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing the preparation of tender documents and bids
• Conducting site visits and monitoring progress
• Managing budgets and forecasting costs
• Collaborating with the project management team to achieve project goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction, civil engineering)
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
