Domestic In-House Service Supervisor, Friesthorpe, £11.32 ph
We are currently looking for a Domestic In-House Service Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the domestic support team providing services within our children's home at Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe.
Hours: Mon – Fri 7:30am to 3:00pm
2 hours of school cleaning each morning, followed by 5.5 hours in a supervisory role.
The successful applicant will be responsible supervising a team working within domestic support services that span catering, cleaning and laundry and ensuring that services are maintained to the highest standard.

What you can expect to be doing:
Effectively administer, monitor and coordinate the domestic service provision.
Review the existing domestic service provision and take appropriate action to continually improve the service provided in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
Manage, develop and retain the domestic service team and ensure team objectives are met.
Carry out first line appraisals for all domestic staff as required, identifying any training needs/ qualifications to carry out their respective roles that are kept up to date and suitably recorded.
