Job Title: Project Manager | Location: Orchardton Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9LB
Salary Listing: £45,000 - £65,000 Per Annum Plus Benefits
Delivering what we promise:
As our next Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving project delivery and managing the team. Working within a multi-disciplinary team on projects primarily in the water & waste water, power distribution and petrochemical industries. Your remit will be to manage and support our major water contracts within Scotland.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a person who is passionate about project management. Working with a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for project delivery and managing the team. Responsible for the finances of the project, you will attend and contribute to internal and external reviews and progress meetings. You will also participate in collaboration meetings with other engineering disciplines and professionals.
As a Project Manager, you are someone who is motivated by challenges and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. Your remit would be to manage and support our major water contracts within Scotland, ensuring successful delivery every time.
The Key Requirements:
* A good Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
* Knowledge and skills in the planning, specification, design procurement and commissioning of projects
* Possess sound knowledge of current legislation and able to work in accordance with QA and H&S procedures
* A good financial background in relation to projects
* Experience in water industry would be advantageous
