London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to a number of specialist units and teams across a wide range of disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services. Working alongside our Pharmacists, you will assist with provision of a full medicines management service across the specialties within the campus. This includes confirming patient medication histories, assessment of patient’s own medications, counselling patients about their medicines, dispensing and co-ordinating the supply of discharge medication, monitor and review Omnicell stocks as well as all other roles relevant at ward level. You will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Medicines Management Technician and will be used to prioritising workload, problem solving and working autonomously whilst also recognising your own limitations and knowing when to escalate.
