As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model. You will support their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full-time, long-term post, commencing ASAP.
This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor among others.

* Located in the Borough of Camden
Inclusion Support Assistant - Candidate Specification:
* A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University
* Genuine interest in working with SEN
* Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
* Experience in a previous role or personal experience in SEN is desirable
* Calm and compassionate nature
