This isn't just about logistics - this is a commercially focused role, driving event performance to directly influence revenue.\n\nYou'll be joining a high-performing team that sees events as a key engine of growth.\n\nFrom concept through to execution and post-event analysis, you'll lead, innovate, and deliver experiences that convert!\n\nDay to Day\n\nOwn and manage a busy calendar of high-quality B2B seminars and events across the UK\nDevelop and implement a results-led events strategy focused on new business generation\nAnalyse performance, delegate quality, ROI and make data-backed decisions to optimise outcomes\nCollaborate with Business Development, Marketing, PR, and senior stakeholders to ensure maximum attendance and sales conversion\nLead a small events team - assigning projects, motivating, and mentoring\nOversee all event collateral and promotional content, ensuring brand consistency and impact\nRegular reporting on key metrics, including revenue and attendee stats\nTravel to key events and quarterly meetings in Manchester \n\nYOU?\n\nProven track record of delivering commercially successful seminars or lead-gen events\nExperience managing a team or direct reports\nConfident working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and leadership teams\nStrong communication and content review skills\nAble to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where your ideas, leadership, and commercial thinking will be highly valued.
