We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time General Assistant to join our team based at Edgware - Main Building Edgware Community Hospital, London, HA8 0AD.
Hours of Work - 37.5 hours per week
This is on a 6 week rota covering shifts between Monday - Sunday.
The shift pattern is 07:00AM - 15:00PM, 14:30PM - 22:00PM, 22:00PM 07:00AM.
The salary for this role is £27,413.38 per annum

The role of a General Assistant is to deliver general assistant services to the required standard and specification; providing the highest standards of service delivery and working practices.
Key Responsibilities
Timely delivery of a full range of directly provided general assistant services to include
Collection and movement of patients to and from wards
Deliver linen to wards and removed spoiled linen to laundry/laundry store.
Removal and storage of clinical and other household waste.
Receipt, movement and storage of blood, specimens.
Undertake a range of cleaning duties to include operating electrical floor cleaning equipment, steam cleaning equipment in line with the national cleaning specification.
To ensure all grounds, car parks and gardens are clean and tidy. In extreme weather salt/grit paths and car parks.What we can offer you:
