We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at our Exeter Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* To accurately process reservations and manage hotel rooms according to our company's policies and procedures.
* To maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new developments in the industry.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and strong team player.
Salary:
£23,872.92 per annum (paid monthly).
