Head of Sales Have you got a proven track record of establishing, managing and developing UK sales channels? Do you have an extensive background within consumer electronics and or consumer goods? Have you started and nurtured sales strategies from the outset? Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Electronics Brand, on the search for a Head of Sales. As Head of Sales You will be responsible for leading, managing and growing sales in the UK by forging and maintaining relationships with the largest retailers in the region and other key partners. The head of sales will be working closely with the Nordic functions to develop lead-generation strategies, attend events and conferences to build relationships and accurately forecast and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Being accountable for the budget, forecast, revenue, and profitability targets for the region. Implementing and adapting the global retail strategy for the region and regional accounts, ensuring sales growth with the optimal number of doors and maximised sell-out. Managing retail sales from resellers/retailers and tracking their performance against sales and brand KPIs. Leading local retail marketing activities and collaborating with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure overall brand success. Taking an omni-channel perspective to sales, ensuring a balance between our own channels and resellers to achieve the perfect synergy for growth. Measuring and analysing business metrics to track performance. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Driving product launches and go-to-market plans in the UK/IE region. Implementing and adapting the global retail strategy for the region and regional accounts, ensuring sales growth with the optimal number of doors, and sellout. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in business administration, e.g. marketing or management. Experience working with retail accounts in the UK/IE region. Account management experience with a top-tier or premium brand. Deep understanding of sales processes and dynamics, with the ability to drive sales growth. Experience in executing retail campaigns with a focus on commercial ROI and brand success. Proven experience in forecasting and inventory management. Strong negotiation skills and experience in working with distributors and large retail accounts.
