In line with the Care Act 2014 and The Care Quality Commissions regulatory framework you will support both the development and implementation of a local approach to comprehensive quality assurance informed by people in receipt of services and their experiences. You will work a range of health and social care professionals, people in receipt of services and their families. You will support and lead on complaint responses and support aspects of the safeguarding process. Though the role of the QPO is generic, the posts are aligned to specific market areas; one will be supporting the housing with care market and the other will support the nursing and residential market.
