We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, offering therapeutic support tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one, couples, or group counselling sessions
* Conduct assessments and create personalised treatment plans
* Use various therapeutic approaches (e.g., person-centred, CBT, integrative)
* Maintain client confidentiality and accurate session records
* Work collaboratively with other clinicians
* Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
Must Have
* Bachelor Degree or Higher
* Accredited membership with BACP, UKCP, or NCS (or working towards accreditation)
* A recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy
* Experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Valid work permit in the UK

* Experience in private practice or healthcare settings is desirable
