Cobalt Housing is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to work in the Assets and Compliance team, based in our Croxteth HQ. The successful candidate will report in to the Asset Manager and join a friendly, supportive and professional team.
This role is key to the delivery of high-quality Asset Management contracts, including but not restricted to, the management of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and responsive repairs and voids for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.
As a Project Surveyor you will be professionally accountable for project managing a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring our stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.
You will ensure the service meets tenant’s priorities, achieves value for money & is delivered within budget & agreed performance timescales whilst achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate must have a strong track record in delivering effective and varied contract management to a large portfolio of properties and associated budgets, and a good understanding of financial regulations and company procedures relating to financial matters and value for money.
You will be educated to HND level or above in a building or services related discipline (or comparable through experience or qualification in role related subject). However, we are also welcoming applications from recent graduates or trainees who will be developed through our project surveyor development pathway.
Driving is an essential requirement for this role; you will need to hold a full-UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
