Work Family Director Full Time Role / Field Based Salary £DOE plus car allowance and benefits Based: Midlands / London area Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the Work Family Director is responsible for the creation and delivery of the Work Family strategy, providing innovative and technological solutions to fulfil the vision for the business. This role is a UK leadership position, with responsibility for performance and growth of the Work Family business, driving incremental sales, and winning business strategies that increase revenues and build exceptional client relationships. You will lead the Work Family team in a complex business environment, including leveraging best practices from the wider operating environment as well as the US and International Bright Horizons teams, to ensure we’re delivering world class standards of services for our clients and their employees. As Work Family Director, you will be responsible for creating and developing a culture of high performance within your team, whilst managing and improving the commercial performance of Bright Horizons as a whole. You will work with relevant support functions, role modelling leadership behaviour in line with our HEART principles, leading Work Family to deliver and exceed key performance indicators and business results. Experience Requirements Previous experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a proven record of success within a relevant sector organisation (multiple clients, locations, and multi-sector) delivering high quality client experiences and securing YOY growth Experience working in a senior operations and growth leadership role Proven experience of increasing revenue and portfolio Experience of leading and developing high performing teams, with a successful track record of delivering commercial targets, innovation and service excellence Confident decision-maker, with the proven ability to build teams to support change and drive efficiencies Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to develop the vision and identify actions to improve performance: driving commercial outcomes and measuring the impact of initiatives and workstreams About Bright Horizons Bright Horizons Work Family Solutions provides best in class practical, wellbeing and developmental solutions, supporting employers and employees with the holistic combination of work and family.
