What you’ll be doing
Working within the Central and Fife district team, reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering the safe provision of activities related to Investment Projects, adhering to regulatory and license obligations.
You will deliver district business plan outputs aligned with financial, regulatory, and business objectives, optimizing return through incentive mechanisms. Through active customer and stakeholder engagement, support communication activities to facilitate project plans and deliverables affecting local communities, customers, and stakeholders.
Deliver robust project plans to minimize outages and facilitate business deliverables in line with district and license plans.
Ensure effective delivery of performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions, Customer Satisfaction, Guaranteed Standards, Incentive mechanisms, and Capital program delivery.
You will undertake activities including:
* Contract management
* Project management
* Customer service
What you’ll bring
Experience in a Programme/Project Coordinator role with effective delivery of projects and initiatives.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment, including output and incentive mechanisms.
General contract, commercial, and regulatory awareness, with the ability to balance customer service and project delivery for maximum ROI, along with stakeholder engagement experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* An electrical crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience
* Experience in customer service delivery
* Relevant network construction and operational experience
* Computer literacy
* Full UK driver’s license
