PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be covering sites across Cambridgeshire.
Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities
1. Organise projects to be delivered safely, within budget and to agreed standards.
2. Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
3. Provide assistance to enable the company to comply with statutory safety and environmental requirements as well as our own policies.
4. Prioritise workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
5. Attend site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, producing accurately recorded minutes.
6. Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
7. Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with the current legislation.
8. Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
Contracts Manager Requirements
1. Experience working as a Contracts Manager across Residential Groundworks Projects.
2. Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
3. Up to date Qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
4. Up to date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations.
5. Full UK Valid Driving Licence.
Contracts Manager Benefits
1. Salary - £80,000 - £100,000 DOE.
