Games Workshop are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Indirect Goods Not for Resale buyer on a 9 month contract who wants to be part of a high performing team that is responsible for managing our extensive indirect suppliers within a global buying team. This position will take accountability for a defined set of categories & services within the GNFR area which may include but will not be limited to Logistics, Manufacturing or Facilities Management.
Being an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships and onboard new suppliers to reduce risk and improve supply options. Demonstrating a strong commitment to consistency collaborating with suppliers effectively to define and negotiate commercial agreements such as rebates, you will support and occasionally lead the tendering process. Using your enhanced negotiation and supplier management skills you will always operate in the best interests of Games Workshop.
You will ensure that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy, while remaining inquisitive to ensure the most cost effective solutions for the business. Your excellent administrative, organisation & prioritisation skills will help you to manage the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process for the business to make sure that suppliers deliver to the plans as agreed.
You will have proven buying experience within the Goods Not for Resale categories, ideally within Logistics, Manufacturing or Facilities Management.

Other Essential Information
In this role you will be working at our head office in Nottingham (UK) for two days each week (Mon-Tues) and have the opportunity to work remotely from home for the remainder of the week.
Depending on the project there might be some Global travel as required to establish new suppliers, assess, and manage supply base and attend trade shows.
