What You’ll Be Doing:
* Year 1: Financial Reporting – Develop key accounting skills like accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis while working with stock invoicing and cash transactions.
* Year 2: Explore from the below:
o Group Finance: Support the group consolidation process and assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the Plc
o Tax: Understand the Group Tax structure, and monthly reporting requirements for both direct and indirect tax, develop an understanding of tax rates across group territories
o FP&A: Learn the ropes of group-wide forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven management reporting.
o Internal Controls: Develop an understanding of the role Internal Controls play in safeguarding the business.
* Year 3: Commercial Finance - Gain insights into UK and European forecasting and budgeting processes to support key business decisions and evaluate store expansions for strategic brand growth.
